Refund & returns
To prevent theft or breakage, you must open the package front of the carrier and put your reclamation before to sign the receipt.
If your artwork has been damaged in transit or if you are not satisfied by the piece you receive. Please immediately contact us to let us know. To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, under 30 days max, deduction made of the shipping cost.
